I normally prop the phone against something or use a tripod then use a little bluetooth remote to take the photo but today as the usual at arms length routine hence the somewhat disturbing closeup.

I usually stick it to a wall or something with some duct tape folded over. Too embarrassing to be asking the wife to take pictures of me. She would question my sudden vanity and, well, things would just spiral from there
