My one dealing with customer services was also excellent, pretty sure they would have paid to have a jacket returned but I decided to use it as an excuse to visit the factory, garment was sorted whilst I drank coffee and browsed the show room, found a couple of things I liked and Rob did me a discount, all in all a very good experience.

Nice if you live in Devon. From here, they don't do bespoke. I have to stick with Aero.

Funny- compare this to the old school Eastman from the other thread! Here they've gone way overboard in "character". I know this is from some movie or publicity thing. It looks way too AUTHENTIC- most wartime photos don't show clothing this grizzled. Also- why did they ruin that fleece with motor oil or what have you?
