Yeah this is a great place , but you are right, that seems to be the case.
I don't know of a better forum for leathers, do you know one that might be of help.
I imagine this is a custom late 70's jacket from theWest Coast music/rocker scene.
Likely from one of the California makers.

Really sorry but honestly no
You could message Denny, he works for Aero who make jackets as they might help, or a long shot Byson Leather who repair jackets to see if they could help, I suspect they would be more interested if you said it needed working on but that’s all I can suggest
