Can anyone ID this late 70's/Early 80's Leather Jacket?

Photo is from Los Angeles 1981. It looks to have black Plastic Zippers, and the Arm Zippers go all the way up to just past the elbow.

Thanks for the posy/reply.
Yeah this is a great place , but you are right, that seems to be the case.
I don't know of a better forum for leathers, do you know one that might be of help.
I imagine this is a custom late 70's jacket from theWest Coast music/rocker scene.
Likely from one of the California makers.
