Can anyone ID this late 70's/Early 80's Leather Jacket?

Photo is from Los Angeles 1981. It looks to have black Plastic Zippers, and the Arm Zippers go all the way up to just past the elbow.

This site is probably more biased to flying jackets so possibly not the best place to get the answers your after
