I meant Foster 55J14s. Are your those or Foster 7823s?My two L.W. Fosters 46” and 48” are very roomy even arround the “ belly “ area…
I have the same (46”) from Star and Edmund Church (46”) they are much much less forgiving for the post Thanksgiving “self inflicted damages “.
It's a little more broken in now. Still stiff as a board when you first throw it on, but softens up nicely once it's got some heat into it. I was contemplating selling it since the Bronco arrived. A rotation of 4 A-2's is a bit much for me. After wearing it again today, I'm conflicted though. It would not be easily replaced and it fits perfectly.I remember that jacket!

It sure does look great doesn't it? I think Norshor and DD get really close to the look of a GW. Just my $0.02 based off of fit pics. I've never had the pleasure of owning a DD jacket.SaintEx, you make it hard to stay indifferent to the DD touch with that picture! Very, very nice and you canned the fit!

I didn't necessarily mean that DD's jackets could pass for an original. Just that they have the GW look as far as it being a hand tailored garment. ELC, BK, RMC, etc. look a little "commercially mass produced" to me whereas Norshor and DD have that GW esque bespoke look. Maybe it's just a completely cold take on my part...Maybe I am just in denial but I rarely see a DD A-2 that deceive.
