Superbe boulot, chapeau!!
What I appreciate a lot is that it's really looking like a WW2 artwork, not some kind of modern rendition of what could have been a WW2 pin-up. It has an authentic feel that's not very common, those days.

Is this amazing talent that you have a natural ability , or have you been studying art at an art institute or university ?
YES ! another nice decorated jacket!
I have two... apparently I need six more books.
Jacket not finished yet, actual owner of the original jacket 'Lady From Hades' kindly sent me lot of details for lettering, it will be great!

Thank you... which is the best book to start with?Only the ones I use the most, I have others on Vargas and nose arts, I'll picture them later
Great work, Vera. It's quite nice that you decided to first paint the lady's legs in flesh tones and then add the stockings' veil, as if she was being dressed up!The 'Lady' is nearly finished: Lot of works on legs: Flesh, then sheer veil and then opaque to be closest as possible of the original model with the feminine touch. Far better to do this way instead to make full opaque first.

Just bought a copy out of the UK.About nose arts or about Pin ups?
About pin up, the best choice to begin is the book: The Great American Pinup by Martignett and Meisel: it covers 1920's to 1960's artists with a lot of very nice illustrations...huge number actually, the book is quite heavy . It's a good start to have a full picture and then, concentrate on the artist you prefer by more specific books.
Looking great....Today's work on the 'Lady from Hades': the lettering. On original jacket, letters are 'burning' with some flames movements. I decided to make it burns like Hades' home
So, first step, a deep yellow lettering, then flames added with yellow & orange effects, and last, apply the red on the letters.
