Insofar as I'm aware, the US M-50 field jacket is an M-43 with liner buttons added. Replaced by the zippered M-51

I once bought an M43 jacket reproduced by the Chinese brand gizemo. The replica is the 1944 model, to be honest, I think his quality is not different from those Japanese brands, but the price is very high.

Looks like you have skipped one jacket regarding the transition from m43 to M50 or you are not aware

Correct… the sling shown in the label is a giveaway for a mid of 1945 version… hence Korea and not WWII.

The label with illustration of the drawstring was used in the (very) late war ( feb. 1945 and onwards) 370E version of the M-1943 Jacket. I have a M-1943 jacket with such a label, dated March 13, 1945. Probably not used in WW2 but not a post 1948/49 version.
