Got my hands on 2 of his test models and the fit is just beautiful (same size roughly as JC)

On that 21996? I’m pretty sure that he did. I don’t know how you’d find leather that looked like that straight from the tannery.

While there is no better rule of thumb than what John indicates himself as a current backlog (on his order page), I would not worry too much. He is apparently very busy. I do have two deposits myself which date back to 05th of January 2023 ...

I am as always indecisive here. Currently my thoughts circle around an Aero (most probably #16160) or an RW #27752. On the more rare side of candidates a rat race between Security Aviation Togs, Cooper, Knopf, HLB or Star .

Oh man, those are some beautiful selections - particularly love the rarer options as well.

My next (first A-2) from J.C is also a 27752. And coincidentally, after that I also plan for a 16160, in that beautiful new pattern. Man that’s nice.

Given you have two orders, are you planning both to be an A-2?
