Dear Respected VLJ Members

We want to inform all of you about some other improvements we are doing to upgrade the quality of our B3 jackets, Based on suggestions of different buyers who already own Our B3's we upgraded the quality of the Leather straps according to the required thickness with improved colour

We previously made custom B3 shaped Buckles on special requirements in and developed special Dies for Press to make them, but we received some suggestions from our customers to also improve the quality and finish of the buckles so we once again started working to develop a new B3 buckle from start with a Brass and Heavy duty structure exactly according to the instructions of some friends and buyers, work on these new B3 buckles is in progress and soon we will have the very good results

After this up gradation our B3 buckles will be as authentic as were made in history times. Any suggestions or comments will be highly appreciated.

you have done a terrific job on the B-3, especially in such a short period of time.

There is only one minimal thing....and maybe it's just me...but maybe you want to adjust the length of the sleeve cuffs and add some more taper to them?

Here is a picture of my AERO B-3, size 46, showing the cuff length at 7cm. They taper significantly, narrowing the main sleeve at the seam, and they get even narrower downwards.

From the fit pics above, it looks as if your cuffs are slightly too long (though your guy was probably wearing a made to measure customer's jacket, so that's not necessarily a general construction issue), and they seem rather straight, even a little flaring out.

Otherwise, it's a terrific jacket and I am sooo pi**ed off that I can't wear one here in Spain

Thanks for making my attention towards this, but as Existing projects demands the huge attention and resources, I am mostly doing the authentic reproductions now, So next project will be Irvin Jackets for sure

Currently Mr. @tefouane's custom jacket is on construction stages with Horsehide reinforcements and I will also post its measurements here.

Ties raises great points all the time and the cuffs are one small revision that will enhance the jacket exponentially.

I know the front pocket has been discussed to death already but it looks slightly off, like there’s too much material and it’s bunching? Or maybe the leather is too thin to hold its shape? I don’t know, maybe it’s just laying funny because it’s brand new- not a criticism just an observation. I’ll be ordering one soon.
