Which contract is that. It’s totally accurate for Dubows.
Not going by my original!
The pic maybe not the best due to the fold but think I’d have noticed if it was but for a new jacket I’d be wanting an exchange!

I would want an exchange too, but I actually think I do see the phenomenon I was talking about on your jacket - Dubows were famous for making the pockets equidistant from the edge of the windflap, rather than from the zipper. As a result, the pockets frequently look like they aren't centered properly.

Your zipper is nicely aligned in the middle, mine is well out of line..View attachment 177021View attachment 177023

@s4rmark's pocket placement looks to be very similar. It looks asymmetrical, but shouldn't effect the centerline of the zipper.

Have you measured each of the front panels at several points (pit to zipper, waist above knit to zipper, etc) to see if one panel (the left) is notably wider than the other?

Does the zipper appear to be any more centered when zipped only to armpit height?

I did that indeed, the patch side is wider as well… I thought I’d posted this image yesterday also but I didn’t…( 3,5 cm difference)

He (the manufacturer )told me, ‘that’s the pattern ‘
But if I look to other RW 27752 from them, they don’t have this issue in my eyes??

If there's 1 3/8" difference in width between the panels, there's your issue and it's not accurate to any pattern. The pocket placement just looks even more asymmetrical due to one panel being significantly smaller.

I've noticed more and more frequently these type of mistakes by 5* and they just blame it on "the pattern" to deflect any blame. Their customer service has quite frankly gone down the toilet. Just look at the dedicated 5* thread on TFL.

I totally agree with you, this I also mentioned to him, but for them it’s the easiest way to say ‘it’s the pattern ‘….
And they can not blame the fresh leather for this… not in my eyes..

If it were me, I'd try contacting Shawn one last time and leave the ball in his court. You've already purchased two other 5* jackets in a very short amount of time. This can be the third and last purchase or he can address the issue if he wants to keep your business.

Not making it right will surely loose him more than just you as a customer.

Below are a couple in-stock Aero options for you. That jerky seal Bronco looks like it might work well for a taller guy like yourself.

To be fair, some people just like to watch the world burn, no matter what the truth.
