Would be interesting to read the story Andy told you. I may be mistaken, but I think there were a couple of companies providing jackets for "Unbroken". I received an old SMW A-2 shortly after thy had also supplied some A-2 jackets for the movie.

As I recall all the BK sample jackets used to be size 40. Platon must have been munching the Baklava washed down with plenty of Mythos and Ouzo!

A lot of the original contract jackets they bought/ got from forum members to copy, etc were the smaller sizes so it was easier to do a like for like size to start with to get the pattern sorted.
