Couldn't agree more! Of course my opinion is tainted since I'm wearing the Sheeley AN-J-3A today.A U.S.N jacket is always the sharpest choice!
Yep, I was on the verge of it, and almost sold it to Tjoenn, but I decided it would be good for the warmer winter days - anywhere above 20 is fine.Nice!
I thought you sold it because it's not warm enough in your area in the winter.
Looks great on you Jan .Bit of a rare bird for me - an RAF jacket. Aero Merino Irvin:

It's goat Ken. Not sure where Dave sourced it from though. It's a nice mid-weight hide that is super, super soft and flexible. Even more so than JC's Pakistani goat.
Thanks for the info. That goat sure has a very interesting grain, and from what you describe must be a pleasure to wear. It's goat Ken. Not sure where Dave sourced it from though. It's a nice mid-weight hide that is super, super soft and flexible. Even more so than JC's Pakistani goat.
Not a problem Ken. The grain honestly looks a little more like elephant hide than goat. I'd definitely recommend it, unless you prefer stiffer hide that holds its shape a bit more and doesn't drape a ton. @Lord Flashheart has the same jacket and I think he's been pleased with it as well. I'm a sucker for the plum color knits and stitching. They're what originally drew me to that particular model. Here's a better fit pic of the jacket...Thanks for the info. Really beauty ! The leather seems very souple and grainning is top and I love the seams that looks black or white according to lights . Just a remark , when I see the AN-J-3A on the leather armchair , I can conclude that you have no cats in the house ...! ;pCouldn't agree more!
