What jacket(s) are you wearing at the moment?

I wouldn't say collection ;) ... The only jacket that has actually stayed with me for many years is an Eastman B-10.
Currently wear my Cockpit A-2, AVI Bronco A-2 and Scott Suka the most. I guess, mainly due to comfort and wearability...
Currently have an Eastman RW1401 and a Headwind M422a for sale... Making way for a Bill Kelso A-2.

Yeah, trying to take a one-handed mobile pic of the back of a worn jacket in a tiny elevator!
Its a 'fun' jacket.... A tribute to 'Tales of the Golden Monkey' TV series. Not to be taken seriously by WW2-original-maker-detail-orientated eyes ;)
I had the Blood Chit sewn on, knit and lining replaced and love it. Fits me great, has lots of character and areas of patina developing.

Thomas,

you must be the most badass manager Mercedes has ever hired...or do they all look like outlaw bikers at a certain management level?

My boss was already born in a 3-piece-suit and his version of "going rogue" is taking a second scoop of ice cream after business lunches...

Wow...
Lucky you guys...
The people who pay me would never allow me showing up for work/duty when not very formal... ( a few exceptional occasions may happen though...)
Thx for sharing

Compassion and understanding of you, Pilot. I'm with you in this boat :)
For me all my jackets also the clothes of the day off ...damn, my company will never allow nobody of us to fly not in A2 or G1 but even in any other jacket :)...only for FFS training sessions sometimes when we are all wearing jeans.
