Gizemo N-1 but with a different hat.
Happy Christmas everyone.

At the risk of being pelted with tomatoes, eggnog and spent .50 cal rounds, I recently acquired this Baracuta G-9 Harrington.
This is the 'Classic' version. Its a size 40 and fits beautifully.

Theres the Archive and Signature (trim) versions also.
Tried all. Archive and Classic size 40 fit nicely, Signature I needed 42, but is a bit long
The jacket made famous by Steve McQueen .
Love that one . I own one as well . Still stylish after all these years ….. just like the A2 !

At a festive Charlestown, enjoying a bit of pre-Christmas peace after a pint. A rare outing for the ELC House A-2. Peace on Earth, goodwill to all men, with a few notable exceptions :), and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the bleeding lot of you.:D

Where did you find such a nice name-brand jacket at a reasonable price? Ben Silver, in Charleston, wants a few hundred quid for theirs.
Merry Christmas to all.

Steve, nice jacket and it's so nice to see green grass in winter

I'm with you Dmitry, nice to see green grass as we have 1 to 2 foot of snow!

Jerry M1944 pattern winter parka today to shovel snow. Dumped about 8 inches overnight and had to get rid of the stuff to get the car out. No photos as I was too busy swearing and being pissed off - shovelling snow is not my favourite activity.

-3 F here -- up from -9 this morning (I haven't looked at the wind-chill from 50 MPH gusts). I need to get the mail later and I know it will be a debate with my wife to go out, but I really want to test out the N-3B!

The good news is, the 18" of snow predicted was a fairy tale. Makes me skeptical of the 49° predicted for next Thursday.

Yeah, you read that right -- -9° to 50° in less than a week. But global warming is a fairy tale, too. ;)

Here ya go ….. it’s not a Barracuda but it’s a true clone of one at a very reasonable price.

Blimey O'Reiley (or Baba O'Riley, if you prefer). That's a great price. I'm getting myself so many Christmas presents that my wife hadn't anticipated, that I might go with the camel and the navy blue and budget be damned.
McQueen lived next door to James Garner in Brentwood, CA. Steve sure shoved a lot of life into 50 short years.

This is from some stupid online magazine "Gentlemen's Gazzette". Not a Harrington jacket- just a pick-me-up on the set.

If only he'd lived long enough to prove that he was little more than a mediocre mumbler.

My ATF B-10 is my go-to jacket when it's really cold. We just had a overnight case of freezing rain (from which I was very pleasantly surprised there were no major power outages in the area when my pup woke me up this morning).

It's supposed to soon be warming up to the 40s and 50s, so I doubt I'll be wearing this a lot this coming week.

I just ordered one of those. It was mailed the other day, just before the end of pre-Christmas mailing. Its departure from KY has been delayed by the bum cyclone. I'm going to play with my mouton to see if I can change the appearance without messing up the polyester pile.
I'm wondering if I should make mine with my stepfather's 760th panther, and rank on the shoulders, or leave it alone.
If you can't wear that in the 40s, how will I ever wear mine in the 50s? Oh, the Humanity.
