I had forgotten it was on until I saw a Hurricane circle the village yesterday. At the time it was blustery and raining … Not a day for flying. On a whim I nipped up today and watched for a while from a quiet lane nearby.

Plenty of good spots over there. It's a nice little show - or not so little now. Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit brighter so I might take a run out. Love the pub on the green at OB.

Bit grey, damp and drizzly this morning so donned my latest jacket acquisition, the GW Perry I bought via here a few weeks back while trying to familiarise myself with all the techy bits and bobs on the new truck. Looking at this photo, for someone who was bald as a coot due to chemotherapy just a few months ago I now appear to have more hair than I have had for years!

yeah - the weapon is plastic and does maybe not really "represent" the spirit of XMas but that's how our chinese friends celebrated
