Thanks for the kind words Burt and everyone elses kind comments. I feel very lucky to have this work of art from John. It really is my dream B-3. Something I personally am really wowed by is that all the hardware on this particular jacket comes from original but otherwise rotted B-3's. So, zipper, chain hanger, buckles etc all are original. If only they could talk....

It’s a grey chilly day here and perfect weather for a not usually seen jacket here in the US . It’s an original post war 1974 German Kriegsmarine Officers jacket commonly seen in period photos worn by German submarine officers. It’s complete with the original warm liner .

I have the 44 and fit me well not tight over shoulders arms are a lose cut as well for movement
unlike the vintage ones that can be a bit tight and restrictive
