Yes, the reason is that at the moment it doesn’t represent an environmental problem (it leaks aprox 2,5 gallons per day), draining the oil would represent a huge cost and the work would disturb the war grave.

A very nice jacket that can also be comfortably worn with only a light sweater underneath and those hooks give it a very unique style....
Mine is a size 42 btw... (Usually wearing 44 or 46 depending on the jacket cut)
