we took the cheapest ride in a Dragon Rapide on Sunday morning...
15 minutes, two rounds over Duxford and surroundings in a 1944 built dH for 49 pounds per nose.
quite a nice experience to see the site of the IWM from above, together with the flightline of assembled warbirds...

It's a bit more but you can get a 20 mn flight in a Harvard for £399 at the moment. 20 minutes passes quickly, but about as cheap as it gets these days (in Europe).
