I myself have been wearing this beautiful old thing while zipping about the hospital for the last few months since it's the right fit across the shoulders and arms for using a wheelchair .

1960-70's made Italian Army helicopter pilot jacket (my father's one that he somehow nicked when he was a Folgalori back then)
I haven't a clue what leather it's made from but it seems to drape like goatskin and has a removable fur collar that I've meant to "upgrade" to Mouton
