Really cool - I've had my eye on a pair of their roughouts (someday). I love the silhouette of their boots - trouble is, everyone else does too! They're perpetually sold out!
They've got their very own take on the unstructured toe don't they. Have to say, anytime I see someone wearing a pair they do look brilliant.Really cool - I've had my eye on a pair of their roughouts (someday). Case in point:Have to say, anytime I see someone wearing a pair they do look brilliant.
Yep, they're a very unique artisan take on the unstructured toe. If there could be such thing as a 'double unstructured toe' this would be it!
I've known a couple of people who each lived in Japan. They both told me it's a source of bragging rights to pay that much for something. Sort of like the brand stuff in the US, I guess. Sounds like book collectors, who think an addition to a collection is contingent on how much got paid.Just went on the Clinch website.

Jan, what I heard from their China customers is, purchase their item from their vendor , hand pick one carefully in person ,and actually try it.Really cool - I've had my eye on a pair of their roughouts (someday). Thomas you have sharp eyesImpressive stuff anyway ...
Jezz fun to see a Japanese guy get off the Harley trip and ride a powerhouse Triumph!
Ahahaha ! The problem is when you share passion with other men of good taste you have to be in alert all the time , Like for ....GW ??!!! If he is a manufacturer then perhaps he can build some shoes on demand ?? Silly question I guess .Really cool - I've had my eye on a pair of their roughouts (someday). Does he build boots and shoes on comand too ?Jan, what I heard from their China customers is, purchase their item from their vendor , hand pick one carefully in person ,and actually try it.
otherwise there is risk (too narrow for your feet, or quality flaw that you can’t find thru internet).
You're right , this type of shape means that in the end the leather will mold the big toe a little too much . It's already the case on Type3 rough out service shoes or boondockers but not as much as for these thin tips .No offence but those tips look like duck-snouts too me - just too flat kindoff????
As I know, he did not. You buy what ever he offered to the market, and he only offer narrow foot width.Does he build boots and shoes on comand too ?
It's a pity , I saw your comment with pics black shoes ( that looks cool !) . D is quite narow but the LAST seem to be comfortable , almost like Munson Last. I saw some insta and videos of crafstmen in China that makes beautiful boots too ( I'm maybe out of subject ...)As I know, he did not. As far as I know, some of those very expensive ones are good quality boots. It's a pity , I saw your comment with pics black shoes ( that looks cool !) . No need feel pity about Clinch, as your (only) best shot , is find a vendor, and actually try the boots and hand pick one by your self. It's a pity , I saw your comment with pics black shoes ( that looks cool !) .
