This knock nearly of them into a cocked hat.
I have had a couple of these, the skins are better than anything currently on offer. The pattern is spot on with the correct long arms, great collar shape with a strap that is long enough to fasten.
The zips are crap though.
Unless one is to pay through the nose are fleeces of today generally way behind what was produced in the past?

I think everyone seems to use Chinese skins. They have mega tanneries that process millions per year. There is a difference between lamb skins and sheepskins. I have seen skins as small as a Poodle, but some mature sheep can be huge so I suppose the leather is thicker and tougher.
