There’s quite a few replicas available out there in various price ranges. I went cheap and bought one from epic military in the uk. Been wearing it non stop for a year with no issues. It was around 100 bucks I think. The band it comes with is not great and the lugs are for an 18mm as opposed to 16. I ordered a better band for mine back in November. Then our post office went on strike for a month. Now it looks like it’s lost.

I have the same watch that Pete has (the one pictured above) . I can back up his comments on this watch. It’s a keeper .

I went to Praesidius , more expensive , with real heavy band lined with leather with a really cool "mecanism" to change it . 32 mm to 42mm . I went to a 42mm . I went to 32mm .
the link of my watch I bought about 2 years ago if I remember well . Eevreyday wear .

waiting for my $50 handmade UK version from eBay. I am one of those "watches tend to not work on me" people. Not a huge fan on any A-11 style but thought I should try one. I toyed with Praesidius but there were many negative online reviews in re quality/reliability. Hoping that's not really the case. A-11's are such simple watches, can't bring myself to pay a lot for one and I don't want to mess with an original. The eBay guy has over 700 reviews (he makes them himself) all good save one or two. Not super high end looking but if I love it and end up wearing it, I might go for something better. With my watch history, most anything will eventually not work!

I’m 100% same
Not a watch guy ..every watch I had before was worn no more than 2 weeks total .. can’t wear anything on my wrist
Love the a-11 and the way it much with flight jackets
Don’t want to spend a fortune for a repro one ..
Would love to have an original but ,like u, I don’t want to mess with one
Praesidus looks realy nice; I had an eye on type 44 but out of the money I want to spend
That’s y I searched in Japanese makers.. they pay attention to the details and the quality of everything they making is top notch

I forgot that I bought a Baltany A11 , Only in 38mm , leather band , Seiko NH38 Autometic Movement ( the watch winds with the movements of the arm ) . Elegant , I like this watch too . And cheaper than Praesidius 175$ + 25$ shipping from China , so no taxes fro Eu market ( don't know how it works if you're a UK citizen )
