I've only done one khaki cotton twill one. It was more tricky, as the cotton was not very forgiving. Here's a photo of it before it was completed with the chinstrap.

Possibly. I've not been up to making them since the pandemic started. Maybe it would be good therapy to make a batch of them. I just have to be sure my wife is on board with it, since the more critical sewing is done by her (she has much more sewing experience, and it shows).

It looks like you do great work. I would seriously urge you to get back to making some. I think there is a market out there and yours look as nice (from the outside anyway) as any others I have seen. I am watching and might jump on board in the future for a khaki or a pink as well.

Id love a Summer khaki crusher, but cant find my way paying $100s for it. If anything it would hang on the wall next to one of the planes...

Cheaper reproduction would be ideal.. They are great until you put one on your head!
