I received my cap yesterday from Aviator Military Headwear. It's made of Barathea pink Drab Shade 54 wool with khaki braiding. The bill is a very pliable and foldable leather. The cap badge is an original Gemco large eagle. It's very well made. I don't know how close to an original it is but I'm very happy with it so far.

It fits well. Not too tight nor too loose. The front doesn't sit high either like some of the cheap repros.
