And it's a Good Wear! J.C.s got the ageing of his jackets down to a fine art now! ;)

Seriously, I wonder if he'd be tempted to branch out into cloth jackets?

Small size too. Probably fit an actual 38" chest (when marked as a 36"). I'm watching this one with interest as my Stagg B-10 isn't getting any wear (the DGL and ElC sheepskins are bearing the brunt now). It's in far, far better condition & I'm toying with the idea of selling it now, so it's good to get an idea of the market value currently.

That collar has taken something of a hiding hasn't it. To a point that it might be worth replacing with NOS mouton.

It's ok chaps the seller has just told me that the damage to the collar is not from wear! So how was it caused then?

when I asked him to explain the wear his response was "Don't buy it." What an idiot! He needs to get his eyes tested and see the difference between an unworn item and a lightly used one with obvious wear.

Like Paddy I've got a Stagg B-10 in far nicer condition than the one listed. Recently I was considering selling it but it's the nicest WW2 jacket I've ever owned. I rarely wear it because of the condition. Normally with me if a jacket doesn't earn it's keep it goes up the road but I can't bear to part with this one. I predict that the listed jacket will not sell.
