Aero A-2 Jacket info

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on this jacket. Whether it’s an original, it’s approximate manufacturing date, what type of leather it is and how to clean and/or condition it. Looks to me that the liner has been replaced.

Original, and a nice one at that. Yes, the liner is replaced, and it looks like the knit elements as well.

As for conditioning it, there are several threads, almost always appearing within these threads is Vaseline and Pecards
Whatever you do apply a little and allow to dry, certainly too much Pecards leaves a sticky jacket with residue, not the desired look!
