Missed a few replies
Yes I've always (well virtually always) gone for British car, I think I've had all the makes I wanted
Never fancied a TVR, not sure why not, nor a Triumph
I only bought the Porsche for the Registration number, I was going to put it on my XKE (3.8 Fixed Head)
What I still hanker after is another late 1980s (5 speed petrol) Range Rover, I've had a few, shouldn't have parted with last one even though it was an auto.
One of the greatest cars ever built in The UK, I've had earlier and later examples but that was THE version, prices have now gone crazy for a good one, more than a new one of those Viccy Beckham eyesores
