Pete's exact words were "Charles Bronson was taken, so it was either Lee Marvin or Clint Eastwood."
this is absolute horsecock. Considering BK's history and this total slam against Eastman, branding bullshit. I don't understand why this forum is even giving them a voice. I'm not losing any sleep over this but I am 100% serious and I love how some of you guys just get right in line, "why those look pretty good and great prices, maybe I will buy one". Let's have some standards people. No, I have never ordered from them before and I know BK has some supporters but this is a JOKE!

Don't know BK's backstory.. I've never bought from them directly but do own a secondhand BK, and it's a very fine jacket. I like it.
Some folks are just excited about a new product line at fair prices, and how exactly a company landed on their name is of less importance.

Yeah, I don't think this announcement warrants much drama, and it was not made in the interest of giving BK a voice here - they were banned for a reason. Regardless of what the staff of the VLJ thinks about their participation here however, they are a vendor and some of our members have an interest in what they have to offer. That is the spirit in which this news was shared.

If people don't like the branding, or want to avoid doing business with BK for other reasons, that's ok too.

That said, the jackets are quite nice, and the prices are (strangely) low. Too bad there’s no B-10.

Nice, the jacket seems well-made. The materials are beautiful. I don't like the colors (fabric, collar and knits), but I guess it's a matter of taste.

In agreement on all of the above. And I'd prefer blank-slate patchless.
If they offered another version with the color combo that we deem as "standard" (olive shell/knits with dark collar), this would fill the void left by Bronson, and I bet they'd sell like hotcakes.

Remember Denny at Aero posting about the shit list of customers they had issues with they sent round to other makers? Nice company to do business with...
