Luke where'd you find this beaut?
At a militaria show last summer. I purchased replacement knits and liner material for a restoration that never materialized. Currently debating on whether or not to order a replacement zipper or just throw in the towel and sell the jacket to someone with better connections and rapport than I apparently have. It's a touch too small for me to wear, so there may be no sense in even going to the trouble to restore the jacket.

I've tried Burt. Believe me, I've tried...

Not sure if it was something that I did or said, but Steve stopped communicating with me after I sourced the materials for the restoration. Seems like plenty of other repair work has been taken on since that time, so I guess it's me. I have a feeling that others may know the reason why, but I'm in the dark.
