New ELC contract

ELC collars, to me, look a little narrower than originals of the same model.
I suspect they're copying an original in a common size, say 38, then using that collar width for all sizes.

I sure would like an HLB without any of the wartime patches or stamps.
Just my name, gold stamped on a brown tag, as was regulation in 1937.
