That particular zip is a clearly modern one, plastic tape ends etc I think is the point, but I think the photo might be an old one. Aero now use the far better Japanese Talons the same as ELC, GW etc on their jackets. If in any doubt just mention it when ordering and you'll get the better zip.

thx, yes all clarified.
Some of the Aero photos really need to be replaced.
Great jackets, great people, but some photos dont do justice to them.
