If it is an error from their side and not a perfect creation of originals ones, i think ELC should compensate me in someway
Careful or Gary will send you a picture of a non aligned original jacket and ask you for more money as it’s a feature of an Original Maker jacket

I'd contact Rob at Eastman. Send clear pics of the issues and kindly as for feedback.
It may seem like little things to some, but for that kind of money, it should not have these issues. This is not an AVI or 5 Star, or Real Deal for that matter.

Blimey! I think you got the Friday afternoon jacket and no mistake! Send it back. You seem like a very nice person and may find picking this up with ELC daunting. But their customer service is great and you shouldn’t have to put up with the build quality that your albeit untypical jacket is exhibiting. It’s just the glue thing that worries me...

Oh my goodness, yes they say that renders it non-returnable. I would still raise the rapidly deteriorating patches and mis-matched collar alignment with them though. Also, if you paid using a credit card you may have some recourse or insurance through that too.

Having custom work does not absolve ELC from sub standard work or materials.
They make enough profit to be able to replace without going out of business !!
