I've been away for a while due to other stuff and things happening in life.
It's quite refreshing to have a mooch through what's been going on etc.
Part of the reason was I had a few Irvin's to repair and also some cobbling to do as I was on with the second pair of 1936 RAF fly boots which needed fully rebuilding and a pair of jump boots and list goes on.

Yes they are original 1936 pattern RAF issue flying boots.
A mate asked if it was possible to replace the sheepskin liner. I said I would have to take them apart and learn a new skill of a cobbler
It took me 12 months and many hours.
The insides where very bad.
I do have some history with them.

That makes them even more amazing . Looking at the before and after photos they’re friggin awesome . Where did you acquire these skills ? Are you in the leather craft or cobbler trade business ?
