Is this really worth this much?

Gone, but not forgotten.
It appears to be in unusually nice condition, good colour, and all original ..... great lining.

That's an absolute beauty, check the zipper. I'm a bit surprised that it went so high, considering the size but in that condition it's worth every penny.

Yes, i don't question the quality of the jacket. Nice unworn-looking leather (which personally isn't my taste. i prefer a worn-in appearance). Clearly late 30s to early 40s. I was surprised it went quite so high because of the numerous holes in the liner. This, to me, is an indicator that the liner may be shattering - a major problem with the wool liners heavily cut with rayon as these often were. Also stylistically i wasn't too impressed with the back treatment. I love the buttons and the odd pocket arrangement on the front.

I have one in the buy/sell section now. Size 38 give or take. What size do you need?
