John is wearing an Acme 16160 and Stony has on a Werber 42-14012-P.

Great thread brought back from the dead. Three years on, I think we know that GW has withstood the test of time. ELC has upped their game. And the prices have gone way up. It's interesting to have the perspective!
I was out in Seattle a few years back, also at the Museum of Flight, in front of the B-47 where the OPs pictures were taken. For those who have not been there, it is a very impressive place, up there with the Smithsonian and the AF Museum. There is also an active runway that the museum backs up to and Boeing Military division uses it. While I was there, I saw a new RAAF AWACS plane take off for a test flight. I wish I had looked up John at that time, but I had not graduated to GW yet.

Steve, when the sleeve is excessively long, the knitted cuff is partially or fully hidden in the 'tunnel' the sleeve creates.
Just aesthetics really - I don't like it, but I'm shorter in the arm so it's more marked if the sleeve is long.

I love the pictures. The second one with Stony pointing out something of interest looks like it came out of a WW2 pre-flight briefing "righto chaps, heavy bomb load today, if we don't make rotation by the row of hedges at the runway threshold, we RTB, ok?"
