I Dont want an original to wear !! Just to put in the collectionIn my experienced experience, unfortunately, WWII sweaters, typically, don’t hold up well, at this point in time. There must be some shelf life on knitted wool as I’ve had the same experience with scarves that are also mint. Once you clean them and think you’ll be able to use them, out of nowhere, a small hole (or two) will suddenly appear.

Grant , notice the difference in styles of the zipper pulls on the one i have shown and yours ???Great find Carl! I agree the Kover Zips used on the C-2 are so cool. Here's a couple detail pics of my C-2. It's marked a size 46 but fits much more like a sz 42.

Im a worried man now !!Yes, different zipper makers. Also notice the zipper teeth on my C2 is brass and yours appears to be nickel.
