Looks like he got the redish color Dubow knits down quite well.
Mentioned on Instagram the sample jacket will be on display at the upcoming supper shows in July: Flying Legends 14-15, War and Peace 24-25th
Eastman will definitely offer a “Sanitized” version of their Dubow. I can’t imagine going to all the trouble to create a repro of this contract and manufacturer, only to restrict its sales to a patched jacket that had limited interest to a specific market .
If they did that, I think they would lose a lot of potential sales.
I think Richard Winters' A2 with 506th chest patch and 101st screaming eagle shoulder patch is also a Dubow? That could be a nice elite unit jacket or?
Nice...
I am in for a 46” chest unpatched/ “unarted” not decorated...one with timeworn seal HH.
Crown zipper will be a superb adding..
900 £+/- plus shipping is fine (with me... ) ..A few months later it will be offered for sale here or elsewhere for a fraction...as usual..
A big plus here...according to the photos of the colar...the studs are in a correct and homogeneous position...unlike many recent ELC jackets ( recently discussed here models/issue).
Bravo! ELC.
The ELC HLB Corp A2 started out as an Elite Unit jacket and later plain ones were made available. The same thing will happen with the last contract Dubow.
yup, the a-2 world is crying out, dying for yet another dubow repro. imho, elc should make a non redyed virgil hilts 1st contract rw, that or introduce a goat cable, or goat rw.....
Well that looks stunning! Exciting stuff... I knew they were up to something! I asked a while back if there was anything new on the horizon on the A-2 front, all I got was a smile...
I had thought either a Bronco or a Dubow!
I bet its going to cost a pretty penny. Likely take a season or two before the plain version appears.
