I would be interested in hearing of how you were successful in finding your items.

If that's a sleeve, the same thing happened on my beloved GWL 27752. I was tugging on the cuff of the jacket while taking the jacket off. No real harm, as it can't be seen unless you are looking for it. I now pull off the sleeves by pulling on the leather past the cuff.

My advice would be to call John himself. Very nice man, and will answer all your questions first hand.

Well another couple of weeks have flown by, and no jacket has arrived at my doorstep. I guess I'll have to make yet another call. Returned flawed jacket January 24th. Called about the replacement February 19th.

After sending a couple of emails with no response, I called today and spoke with Don. Peter called back later and was very nice and said he would send out the replacement jacket. We shall she. I sent mine back January 24th.

That is exactly what my notice says. Date as well. I do live in California, but I'm starting to think somethings wrong here too. I'm not willing to write a complaint to paypal just yet, but I'm not liking what I'm seeing.

Thanks for the great review and photos. I already ordered one, and after seeing the photos, maybe I shouldn't have. Being able to see through the liner really stinks. I guess I'll have to wait and see for myself what comes my way. Still, not bad for a bit over a hundred bucks I guess.
