WW2 RAF Escape Whistles

Anything on this whistle I found in some of my Father’s belongings I had unpacked. I know it’s not RAF or acme.

It looks like a brass US Army , Military Police whistle that I used to own sometime ago. I think it had a name in it. The Thunderer but it’s so long ago I could be wrong about that.

Does anyone know anything about this one? I don’t know if it’s WWII era or not. My father was in the Navy so pretty sure it’s not his.

Ill dig mine out that looks the same but you can read whats stamped on it
