Is it just a good shutter speed, or is that odd prop not spinning?

Markings indicate 1947 or later.

Can someone Identify this logo from WW2? I have been having a booger of a time finding what outfit used it. I found a few similar ones used by both the RAF and Luftwaffe

230157 OR - P. She was carrying the nose art "Hell's Belles" at the time of this incident which took place on July 30th 1944. The hydraulics were damaged shortly after crossing the Dutch coast and consequently had no brakes on landing back at Bassingbourn. A/C was declared salvage on August 25th.

I have photos of this incident but this is the first colour version of this one I have seen.
