Hey guys …. This is hot off the presses.
In response to the recent terror attack in New Orleans WPAFB has increased their security protocols.

I think you are right!
Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to stroll into the perimeter of the museum so easily.

The linked regulation sounds like the one for Pensacola. That museum is on base, and, though open on a daily basis to the public, only accessable if your accompanied by a US citizen inside his or her car.

At least that is how I understand it ...
