Yip weather in Glasgow has been awful, haven't seen a cold dry day in ages,I know Glasgow like the back of my hand after doing 34years in the post office, unfortunately not the same city it once was,,enjoy your day out,wish it was dry roads, I'm dying to get out on the bike,instead of cutting about the house like a member of the village people

I stayed in 9 Lorraine Rd in my bedsit days,,loved it ,Byres road was my patch,,many night in curlers and the Rock in Highburgh rd,,,happy days

The Rock was my local back when we were in Hughenden ! That and Tennant's on the corner of Hiburgh and Byres. It has all changed now, trendified and chain restaurants moving in.

The Rock was my local back when we were in Hughenden ! That and Tennant's on the corner of Hiburgh and Byres. It has all changed now, trendified and chain restaurants moving in.

They asked me to leave the rock on my 1st visit, I had ordered my food and a pint,,the reason was I had a leather jacket on and had a new Bell star helmet with me,it was painted in Kenny Roberts colours,I refused and said my jacket and helmet is probably the most expensive bits of clothing in here,,they reluctantly agreed and I was allowed in every time after that...

Starting to warm up here in CA so got the L-2B out. Wearing some of my A2s not MA-1s or B-15s too heavy

We are undergoing a cold spell in the UK this Easter weekend. The A2s have gone away for the time being and out come the Irvins!

Been switching between my early Eastman Irvin and my 1968 issue Alpha MA-1 for the past two weeks here in Putnam Valley NY.

What a stylish gentleman !!! This kind of close fitting jacket weared with "roomy" high waist pants is very elegant . Love it The hat , shoes et "l'ensemble" : Pefect . Jackets are not supposed to be treated like fragile little things .
