My M422A again, unfortunately my new incoming A2 is way too big :(

Great weekend everyone

My complaint about a lot of Bronson's stuff as well. Their sweaters look so nice - I just wish they were 100% wool.
Agree 1000%. Their C-2 is nice for the money, but that nylon blend just makes it not so pleasant on bare skin. At least Avi's blended knits are pretty soft and easy to wear. They just pill and show wear more easily than 100% wool.

And what's frustrating is they're only something like 10-20% synthetic. They could just make them entirely of wool and raise the price 10-20% to cover the difference, and they'd be a phenomenal value.

Yep it’s an Avi, 100% right
I really like this jacket, think I’ll also wanna go for their A2 Bronco in hh russet.

I hope I'm not overstepping, but I think that both their seal goatskin and horsehide is notably nicer in appearance than their russet horsehide. I owned a russet HH Avi Bronco for a few days and was really underwhelmed with the hide color and finish and the knit color. I can dig up some photos for you if needed.

I’ll love to see some pictures if you still have them, I saw some different pictures on the web, some colors tend more ‘orange ish ‘ than russet….

Correct, it's a orange russet shade with almost a hint of salmon. The topcoat was dull and looked like it was sprayed. The knits are bright rust. I'll see if I can find a few photos for you.

Nice looking 422a . What size A2 did you order compared to your size ? Was it an AVI ? I ask because I found them to run slightly small for their marked size.
I ordered the A2 by BK, in a 40” chest with extended sleeves and back (I’m 187cm tall but slim build.)74kg
But when I opened the box today from BK and checked the label on the jacket, it’s a 46.
So it’s too big for my chest area :(

The fit pics make it look much nicer than it actually appears in person. The pattern itself is definitely not bad though. A 42 would likely be the correct size for me at 5'10", 155 lbs, with a 39.5" chest. I was probably 5-10 lbs lighter in the fit pics and it's a 40. The jacket just looked cheap, for lack of any better words. Much more so than a seal HH Perry that I also owned at the time.
