I collect vintage clothing, but I find repros easier and less stressful for everyday use. Suits are what I have most of, like this 1930s German 3-piece. View attachment 162263
Hello Emchisti ! Like you I'm a huge fan of the 20's to 40's clothes style era , a bit less accurate for me. Just search for the "lines" ( my Gparents and parents used to wear these type of clothes and I grew up with a cloth trunk full of these "souvenirs" ) , but you are the Top style ! ( don't know if my english is correct , apopoloiges ) . I was thinking about a shop you should visit if you plan to visit Partis somedays : CASABLANCA 17 Rue Moret, 75011 Paris you will find ALL you want/need their ! Here are some pics of the shop and customers and the web site and FB page : https://casablanca-vintage.fr/#shop + https://www.facebook.com/casablanca.paris.vintage/?locale=fr_FR

I visited Casablanca last year and they had this wonderful belted leather jacket but it was missing its belt, otherwise I'd have bought it. It's a great little place!

Awesome jacket, Pete. And worn in the cockpit. It doesn't get better than that.
Man, 2 beautiful days in a row. Not a cloud in the sky, 15 degrees c, light westerly breeze right down the runway.I love this time of year. Took the wife up yesterday. Flew to collingwood and filled our bellies with a big greasy breakfast at the airport (a treat). Then flew a couple hours for her to see the fall colours. Probably a week or two from peak, but who knows what the weather will be then.
