At my age I’ve found that if you really want to get a feel for just how old you look …. don’t look in the mirror …. It lies !
Instead look at photos of your self … Shocking !!

Thanks for the compliments chaps, it's their seal brown liberty hide from a few years ago.

That's entirely possible, I seem to recall a few people saying the original hides did show wear too quickly.

Thanks Danny, I remember you mentioning before that you liked this one. It's had a hard life but looks and feels all the better for it.

I am a newbie really with originals and handling them, but this one compared from and with images really looks the part.

And I am more incline toward darker A-2's in general. I think the refinish resulted in a skin that developed a patina that I appreciate the most.
