I’m taking a poll …. How many would like to see Mulceber and his GW Monarch on JCs website as a satisfied customer giving his testimonial for the GW Monarch A2 Contract ???
Are you reading this JC ?
This is one happy customer.
It would be good for business !
2° for PT yesterday... Great jacket weather down here..
Oh hell yes. Something special about getting a repro made with leather from a tannery that supplied some of the originals. What’s with all that natural grain? Horween!
Good choices, that brings the jacket to the next level, please keep us informed in a separate thread - I'm curiousWearing the Avi M-422a this evening. I recently gave it a fairly thorough soaking in the shower, which has really helped the grain pop and the sleeves tunnel so that they're not so limp and droopy. Not something that I'd attempt with a more expensive jacket, but I think it was worth the risk in this case.
I plan to patch the jacket with a VF(AW)-4 Nightcappers felt patch. I also have an original Talon zipper pull on the way from Dave Sheeley and G&F spec and size labels on the way from Steve Sellers (thanks for the recommendation Jan). This will hopefully tide me over until I can find a nice example of an original G1.
