BTW, is this a vintage Goatskin John is using, a special hide treatment or just nice hides from a new supplier?

It's a very light-weight goatskin from the tannery in NY, but still tough and looks vintage.

Bit cooler here today so ideal to try the standard (ie non Merino) RAF flight jacket that arrived new from Aero a couple of days or so ago...

Broke out my late father in law's wartime RAF gauntlets too. I drew a line at breaking out some of the rest of the kit I have left over from the years I used to collect..

Like that Aero RAF Steve, looks good. Goes well with the moleskins too- 'tis the season

Just received. Bronson L-2. Very happy indeed.
Even more happy, as I got this on the January sale... This is a 40 and fits perfectly.
Quality and workmanship is, as others have said, top notch. I think I'll keep it

Just hope Bronson doesn't start making G-1s and A-2s... I'll be in trouble.
