she's a re-dye. depot. Seems like a darker to more russet? anyhow, it was a re-dye. Yours seems pretty untouched. Not a lot of wear and tear. Mine was worn in 63 missions in a B-26. Six of one and half a dozen of the other if -you want pristine, or batttle worn I guess.Thanks mulceber

the cuffs were replaced long ago I think. Most jackets this old have had some replacements. The only replacement is the cuffs on this jacket. Still has original waist knit. The original triple marked Talon is still there. Point of interest, is the original chocolate brown painting of the zipper box. Only Monarchs had this feature.
