Hi Alex , the pants are US airforce digital camouflage, available on Ebay and from most surplus military sellers.

This is the USAF ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) camouflage pattern which is a combination of the US army ACU digital pattern mixed in with a tiger stripe effect. These trousers are made from a 50/50 cotton/nylon NYCO twill material.
